Kirk Delaney

Kirk Delaney serves as National Director of Vineyard Churches Australia. With more than three decades of ministry experience, Kirk is passionate about helping people encounter Jesus, be empowered by the Holy Spirit, and participate in the mission of God’s Kingdom in everyday life.

After completing a Bachelor of Theology in 1994, Kirk continued to pursue a lifelong commitment to ministry, leadership development, and theological formation. Since joining the Vineyard in 1997, he has helped lead and strengthen churches across Australia, investing in pastors, developing leaders, and encouraging healthy church multiplication. He continues to serve as Senior Pastor of Pine Rivers Vineyard Church in Queensland while providing leadership and oversight to the Australian Vineyard movement.

Kirk is committed to cultivating churches that are rooted in the presence of God, shaped by the teachings of Jesus, empowered by the Holy Spirit, and engaged in God’s mission in the world. He is passionate about leadership development, church planting, and seeing the next generation equipped to serve the Kingdom.

Kirk and his wife Nichole have been married since 1992 and have three adult children and a growing family they deeply enjoy. When he’s not serving the church, Kirk enjoys walking Tilly, the family’s Australian Kelpie, spending days off at the coast soaking up the Queensland sunshine with a good coffee in hand, and cheering on the Brisbane Broncos alongside family and friends.
