Registration Fee:
$100 for the first adult in the family;
$60 for all other school-age and above people in your family;
$20 for each 3-5 y.o. child;
$0 for 0-2y.o.
Part-Time Attendees and “Walk-ups”:
Part-time registration is $10 per session
It is necessary for all people attending the Conference to register. This can be done at the door, however there is limited space available so pre-registration is strongly recommended.
Remember, it is a Leader’s Conference, so attendees should do so with the approval of their local Vineyard Church or AVCA.
Off-site Fee:
In order to ensure such great rates we require full-time delegates to stay at the Grand Pacific Resort. If for some reason you cannot it is necessary for us to charge a $100 “Off-site fee” to cover use of facilities, etc. This amount covers any individual and their family members.
Vineyard Church members who live in the Sunshine Coast area do not need to pay the Off-site Fee.
Meals:
Your full-time registration fee includes the provision of three meals per person by AVCA. You would only need to provide your own breakfasts and two other main meals.
Payment:
On completion of this form please email or mail it back to AVCA and we will send you an invoice for the required amount. Your booking will not be secured until payment of a $100 deposit to AVCA is received. You can pay this by cheque or direct deposit to AVCA (BSB #083-106 ; Account # 59-410-9096 59-410-9096 ).
Attendees:
The National Conference is designed for pastors and key leaders and we will provide a program for all age groups. It would be great to get our teenagers and children there to build on the great relationships established at our National Conference last year. If the number of rooms we have booked is not reached we will widen the invitation to ensure we reach the number required
Bus Service:
Maroochydore (Sunshine Coast) Airport to the Grand Pacific on the Monday at 1pm, 3pm, and 5pm.
Return on the Thursday - depart 12:45pm to arrive at the airport by 1:30pm.
$8 each way per person.
Brisbane Airport to the Grand Pacific on Monday - 11am & 3pm departures from airport.
Return on the Thursday - depart 12:45pm to arrive at airport by 2:30pm.
$12 each way per person.
